TIMELINE:
LOAD IN - Depending on the artists' needs, load in can be done 2 hours prior to the start time. If more time is needed, the club will be happy to accommodate, as long as we know what time to expect the set-up to begin.

SOUND CHECK - Sound check can be performed as the band sees fit.

SHOW - Show start times are Friday-Saturday 7-11 pm, and Sunday–Monday at 4-8 pm. Artists can determine the break schedule; however, we suggest a longer final set to retain as many guests as possible.

LOAD IN LOCATION: Pull up to the parking gate and check with the attendant. Then drive to the club's main entrance and park in front of the handicap ramp to unload. Please do not block the stairs or the handicap ramp. Unload at the main entrance with steps and a ramp, then follow that to the permanent tent/stage area.

SET LENGTHS & VIBE: Most bands play a 45 minute set with a 15 minute break in between. This can be adjusted to the band's needs, however, we ask that breaks are no longer than 20 minutes. The vibe is laid back and beachy. Club Members like high energy mixed with some nostalga mixed in.

GEAR PROVIDED:
NA / Band sound is fully DIY. The Club will provide lights and effects such as haze, fog, bubbles, snow, blinders, lasers, par lights, party spinners, and other lighting effects. These are all on a DMX system and they are happy to work with the performer's preference whenever possible.

BAR TAB: The Club will provide two drink tickets for each band member. Once these are used, the band is responsible for any alcoholic beverages. The club will also provide one meal ticket per band member that can be redeemed at the fast service venue located across from the stage. PLEASE TIP STAFF ON THE FULL TAB AMOUNT.

WEATHER: Fresh Beats shows are fully outdoors and weather-dependent. We will make every effort to confirm with the venue prior to the show if weather cancellation or delay is happening. Rule of thumb, if an unexpected cancellation happens after you arrive, you'll get paid.

PARKING: Parking vouchers SHOULD be provided by clients in the adjacent lot. If not, please default to street/garage/lot parking nearby. It's Southie, so add extra time if needed.

ARTISTS NEED TO BRING: Anything else you need, including but not limited to wedges, backline, instruments, DI boxes, in-ears, mics and mic stands, all necessary cables. This is an outdoor venue shared by multiple artists and teams throughout the week, so surprises can happen in terms of gear available. Please come prepared with extra stuff.

LOAD-OUT: 2 vehicle max allowed at the stage at one time. Ask the door staff for a Security Escort for loading in/out if you're driving to the stage.

GUEST LIST: You may provide a list of up to 20 guests to receive priority entry for the first hour of the show. Please send it to Chris or Christine prior to the show.

FOOD & DRINK: You will physically receive a $150 gift card the day of the event from Tall Ship.

Ice buckets with water and Red Bull will be available on stage, ask a bartender or manager on site for assistance. Please tip the staff generously based on the total amount before comps!
