TIMELINE:
LOAD IN - Depending on the artists' needs, load in can be done 2 hours prior to the start time. If more time is needed, the club will be happy to accommodate, as long as we know what time to expect the set-up to begin.

SOUND CHECK - Sound check can be performed as the band sees fit.

SHOW - Show start times are Friday-Saturday 7-11 pm, and Sunday–Monday at 4-8 pm. Artists can determine the break schedule; however, we suggest a longer final set to retain as many guests as possible.

LOAD IN LOCATION: Pull up to the parking gate and check with the attendant. Then drive to the club's main entrance and park in front of the handicap ramp to unload. Please do not block the stairs or the handicap ramp. Unload at the main entrance with steps and a ramp, then follow that to the permanent tent/stage area.

SET LENGTHS & VIBE: Most bands play a 45 minute set with a 15 minute break in between. This can be adjusted to the band's needs, however, we ask that breaks are no longer than 20 minutes. The vibe is laid back and beachy. Club Members like high energy mixed with some nostalga mixed in.

GEAR PROVIDED:
NA / Band sound is fully DIY. The Club will provide lights and effects such as haze, fog, bubbles, snow, blinders, lasers, par lights, party spinners, and other lighting effects. These are all on a DMX system and they are happy to work with the performer's preference whenever possible.

ARTISTS NEED TO BRING:
Everything: Full PA, backline, ears, monitors etc.

BAR TAB: The Club will provide two drink tickets for each band member. Once these are used, the band is responsible for any alcoholic beverages. The club will also provide one meal ticket per band member that can be redeemed at the fast service venue located across from the stage. PLEASE TIP STAFF ON THE FULL TAB AMOUNT.

PARKING: Ample on-site parking provided

Enter the parking lot and head to the fenced-in pavilion in the back of the restaurant. You’ll see the large projection screen and patio lighting. Enter through the front gates. Carts are recommended.

Crowds range anywhere from 20s to 60s and kids/families are welcome. Pop, rock and singalong classics work really well. Plan on 2-3 sets with short 15min breaks.

NA - Just power outlets and large stage.
