OUR TERMS OF SERVICE

PLEASE NOTE: All Summertone Productions vacation rentals are subject to the following terms of service:

PAYMENTS
100% of your cost will be accepted at the time of booking. A Refundable $250 Damage Deposit will be included as well, and returned at our discretion based on the condition of the property after your departure. PLEASE NOTE: The state of New Hampshire requires an 8.5% Meals and Rooms (Rentals) Tax which will be added to your total.

CANCELLATION
50% of your balance is accepted as a nonrefundable Booking Fee at the time of your booking. Cancel more than 90 days prior to your scheduled check-in date to receive a 50% refund. Cancel more than 2 weeks prior to your scheduled check-in date to receive a 25% refund. Cancellations are not accepted less than 2 weeks prior to your trip, and the full balance will be forfeited minus your damage deposit.

CHECKING IN
Check-in is 4:00PM EST on your arrival date. 24-48 hours before your stay, we will send you a key code for the condo front door lock.

CHECKING OUT
Check-out is 11:00AM EST on your final contracted date.

  • Please leave all used sheets and towels on the floor in front of the washing machine.

  • Leave all used dishes in the sink or on the counter.

  • Trash should be placed in one of the large bins at the street side of the condo building.

  • Check twice for your belongings, lock the door as you leave, and you’re good to go!

Your rental includes one (1) off-street parking spot. For additional vehicles, on-street parking at nearby Ocean Avenue is also available, in addition to paid lots throughout Hampton.

HOUSE RULES
Please be respectful of our wonderful neighbors!

  • Quiet Hours are 11pm-10am

  • NO Pets please. We love our furry friends too, but not here.

  • This home is smoke free. ABSOLUTELY NO smoking/vaping/e-cigarettes - smoking will result in forfeiture of entire Damage Deposit

  • No parties or events

  • Parking available for one car directly below our unit. Need additional parking? Contact us!

  • All trash must be removed upon departure and placed in the proper receptacles in the back corner of the building facing Atlantic Ave.

  • Do not litter in the street or anywhere on the property. Keep it clean, beaches!

  • Please report any damage to the home or broken items immediately. We are lenient when you tell us that something has been broken or damaged.
